difficult if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s.Wpath Letter \”Betterhelp\” …really great for like tension kind of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little however like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um but I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to state that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so generally I think it’s truly excellent if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I believe also another actually fantastic really fantastic candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t. concerns due to the fact that they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that resemble worrying you or things that are making distressed or depressed but I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for simply more I’m actually anxious about starting a brand-new job I am really distressed about you know finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not truly like existential things um but like I stated if you are experiencing more just you’re going through some stuff then I think it would be terrific um it also depends upon like how comfortable you resemble talking to a phone like I know that that sounds weird however like do you video chat with your friends do you you know what I mean because if you do not then I feel like it’s gon na be truly weird like you holding up a phone or like talking to your laptop computer since it’s gon na resemble this unusual like artificial thing but like if you’re used to that then it’s type of like alright whatever like this is normal that’s something I noticed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m kind of used to it however I felt like when I was doing it this would be odd if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would certainly advise it to any person who takes a trip like full-time because that would be amazing like then you might really have treatment if that’s not something that is an option to you.
