tough if you have some concerns that are look I believe it’s.Phil De Franco Betterhelp …actually great for like tension kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so essentially I think it’s truly great if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually busy task or something like that I believe also another really terrific really terrific candidate to utilize talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance coverage is really spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be guaranteed anyhow however like I need to work out some insurance things before I even like think of this so I suggest I believe it’s a great service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I have actually seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually love I view all of her videos and she discussed it but I do not remember what that a person was called I can insert it here once again and that’s like something similar so if you wish to look into that one to compare them the reason I ended up getting talk space was due to the fact that my sweetheart was kind of pushing me to do something to do treatment due to the fact that he knew that I was going through a great deal of tension so so he sort of was the one who was stating hey you need to actually talk with someone and he knew about talk space and so that was the one that he actually suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like good things about however once again like it’s really like spoken about a lot through sponsorships and that’s basically the only method I’ve ever heard of it I have not truly become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to publish this but yeah I think it’s I believe it’s an excellent service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was sort of beginning to say before if you have much deeper problems if you have bad anxiety if you have bad anxiety I believe that it is very important to be seeing someone face to face especially if it’s you understand things that it’s simply it’s it’s harder to discuss more extensive problems there’s something I have actually kind of seen like certainly these are deep.
issues since they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that are like stressing you or things that are making depressed or distressed however I tend to find that it’s a little bit better for simply more I’m truly distressed about beginning a new task I am truly distressed about you understand finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not truly like existential things um however like I said if you are experiencing more just you’re going through some things then I believe it would be fantastic um it also depends upon like how comfortable you are like speaking with a phone like I know that that sounds odd but like do you video chat with your buddies do you you understand what I mean due to the fact that if you don’t then I feel like it’s gon na be truly odd like you holding up a phone or like speaking to your laptop computer because it’s gon na be like this weird like synthetic thing however like if you’re used to that then it’s sort of like alright whatever like this is normal that’s something I observed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m kind of used to it but I seemed like when I was doing it this would be strange if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would absolutely advise it to anyone who travels like full-time since that would be incredible like then you might actually have treatment if that’s not something that is an alternative to you.
