tough if you have some concerns that are look I believe it’s.Julia Alexander Polygon Betterhelp …truly good for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so generally I think it’s actually great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a really hectic task or something like that I think likewise another really terrific actually great candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not.
